Technical requirements

In essence all that is required is an up-to-date browser and operating system.

Internet Explorer cannot be considered as an up-to-date browser. In the same way, Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are not current operating systems.

Please be aware that problems may also be caused by your network. Especially if you access the streams from within a corporate network it is possible that certain connections might be blocked.

To exclude the possibility that the stream itself does not work, we recommend that you try using a different, up-to-date browser running on a different device over a another network (e. g. on your smartphone).
